Alina at the reception is wonderful! The airport-hotel transfer and return were handled by a very kind and cheerful driver. The restaurant staff is efficient, friendly, and always ready to help. Impeccable cleanliness. The food was very good, just as we’ve come to expect. A big thank you to the entire team!

The communication is the best I’ve ever seen, through what’s up and your coordinator is always responding promptly. Breakfast offers a lot of choice, such as Turkish and European dishes. Everything fresh and delicious.

Facing the beachfront, Botanik Platinum Hotel offers 5-star accommodation in Okurcalar and has a fitness centre, garden and private beach area. It is truly an amazing chain hotel. Staff were very friendly, accommodating until the very last minute the resort closed for winter season. Food and facilities were fantastic and the shows at night were quality. We will be back!
