Featuring free WiFi and an outdoor pool, Meeru Maldives Resort Island offers accommodation in Meerufenfushi. We had an amazing time at Meeru! Even though we’ve been lucky enough to travel to some beautiful places, this truly felt like a dream vacation—absolutely spectacular. The resort has fantastic facilities, from a well-equipped gym to a tennis court, soccer field, and even padel. I spent more time exploring the island than in the gym though—walking around paradise is a workout in itself! The staff were wonderful, and both the buffet and à la carte restaurants were excellent. We were lucky to be upgraded from a beach villa to a water villa, and I have to say, it made a world of difference. If it’s within your budget, I’d definitely recommend splurging on a water villa or one with a private pool. We saw so many sharks and colorful fish right from our deck—it was magical. We also went for the all-inclusive option. Even though we’re not big drinkers, it felt worth it just for the peace of mind. Everything is priced in USD and things can get quite expensive, so it was nice not having to think about every meal or drink. All in all, an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Facing the beachfront, Sun Siyam Olhuveli offers 4-star accommodation in South Male Atoll and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. I am experienced with resorts that combine diving with relaxation, and hate places that are "posh" and pretentious. I hope my comments will be helpful. Diving was excellent. The diving staff were very professional and really cared that I really get the most out of it. Sinaan and Athoo were wonderful! And the coral reef just next to the dive center is spectacular! Just snorkeling there is equivalent in seeing different marine life with diving in the majority of diving places in other areas in the world I have travelled. Definitely the best snorkeling place ever for me (and I have a 50+ y experience with the sea). I also liked a lot the Indian food in Namaste and the Chicken Tika pizza in the Pizza restaurant. All the stuff is wonderful! They go out of their way to give you advice and information. Sania in the reception spent lots of her free time explaining to us about local life in Maldives, how to avoid tourist traps, etc. She really cared to makes us know and like her country. I also loved swimming out of my water villa. Every day, I in the lagoon during my swim I encountered manta rays and sometimes a shark, even if the water was less than 2m deep. I was amazed how few people took advantage of that. I gave it a 10/10 because it deserves it.

Villa Nautica Paradise Island Resort offers private villas and bungalows on an idyllic island in the Indian Ocean. The resort features an outdoor pool, 4 restaurants and a spa. We loved our stay at Villa Nautica (water villa). The food was amazing, the staff really friendly and the room was top! 10/10 - would book again.

Bandos resort is a private island located 8 Km away from Male. Bandos Maldives features spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the garden or beach. If the Maldives itself was not enough, the hotel exceeds all expectations. The rooms are large, clean with a very comfortable bed. Twice a day they clean the room and change towels, both for the beach and for the shower. The island is surrounded by a coral reef, so you can see a lot of brightly colored fish. The resort has many bars, fitness, tennis, diving, etc., so you can laze in the shade under a palm tree or have a very active vacation.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, OBLU SELECT at Sangeli- All Inclusive is located in North Male Atoll. The staff was amazing. They took care of everything we needed. The villa was big and beautiful also. Food was well varied and really good. Staff were very attentive to our needs.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and a private beach area, OZEN LIFE MAADHOO - Luxury All Inclusive is situated in South Malé Atoll. 🐬We came to Ozen Life to celebrate my father's birthday as well as Chinese New Year. 🐍 Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly. Mr. Forty was our Butler. He made everything easy for us and arranged heartwarming surprises for my dad. Best Butler ever! There were a few bars and restaurants on the island. Our favorite was Peking Chinese restaurant. Chef Zhou made delicious authentic Chinese food for us. It was so good, we went back the next night. Chef Zhou took the time to recommend different dishes. He also shared a lot of valuable insights about life in the Maldives. He was kind, humble, and needless to say, a fantastic chef! I've lived on 4 continents. Chef Zhou's Chinese food was definitely top notch world class. 🤤 Mr. Munnu from the Indian restaurant knew we liked lentil soup, so he made sure to bring us some even when it wasn't on display at the buffet, so thoughtful of him. Yummy! Nita, Siri, Ahil and other restaurant staff were so good to us. We remembered Nita, Siri and Ahil specifically because they had gorgeous smiles. Sheshkanta kept our room spotlessly clean and restocked whatever we needed everyday. He was always so energetic and jolly when we met him. He was also a wonderful artist. GM Elizabeth kindly helped my mum when my mum fell. She also wrote a sweet farewell card and came to see us off at the jetty. Our favorite activity was the sunset cruise, mainly because we got really lucky and saw pods of spinner dolphins. I've been to the Maldives before. My days in Ozen Life were truly special. We would be delighted to revisit in the future.

Set in Thulusdhoo, a few steps from Bikini Beach, Samura Maldives Guest House Thulusdhoo has a private beach area, private parking and rooms with free WiFi access. My vacation was great from start to finish! Nur was great with helping me with excursions, boats and ferry. The staff was so kind and the room was on the beach. I look forward to booking with Nur and Samura Maldives Guest House again. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone!

It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable — and Abdul Manik definitely did.
