Everything was perfect from the begining. The cleanliness, kindnes and profesionality of the staff, especially Ms. Salome Raphaela. The club lounge had a various food and drink choice. The room was very nice and comfortable. We will for shure come back again on our next trip to Jakarta.

Surrounded by multinational corporate offices, embassies, luxury shopping malls, and stately residences, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan offers a prime location within the Kuningan business... We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout our visit. All the staff members were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The staff overall were truly brilliant — the real jewel of the place. I’m sure they are guided by a great leader, as the level of service and care was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was truly the best I’ve ever had in my entire life — both in taste and variety. Every single item was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a daily highlight of our stay, with something to satisfy every palate. Special thanks to: • Melany (Reception) – Exceptionally helpful and kind. We loved our room, and we truly appreciated her warm welcome and professionalism. She also recommended the perfect spot for breakfast within the hotel, which was a great start to our day. • Adhitya (Reception) – Very kind and informative. He gave us wonderful advice about Indonesia, and we were impressed by his professionalism. • Daffa (Breakfast Restaurant) – So helpful and friendly! He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. • Rivaldi (Breakfast Restaurant) – Also went out of his way to assist us. Extremely attentive and pleasant. The overall service exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Situated opposite the World Trade Centre Building Jakarta and just steps from the MRT station, Le Méridien Jakarta offers spacious, modern rooms with free Wi-Fi. Great service staff, rooms were excellent. The WhatsApp valet feature was very nice. I really appreciate the kindness and help offered during my stay, particularly because I reached Jakarta without my luggage for 1 day.
