Our first week was in low season and our last few days were just qt the beginning of high season, and we definitely enjoyed our first week more than our second - but despite the additional guests, there was still space around the pools - both indoor and outdoors.

This beautiful, traditional Andalusian house is located in Seville’s old town, just 10 minutes’ walk from the cathedral. This hotel is in the old town but easily accessible and a short walk from the city centre. The staff are amazing. Extremely helpful, polite and really ensure you have the best stay possible. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was on the ground floor, we had a deluxe double so it was a large room with a king bed. A very nice bathroom. It has a lovely restaurant and you can also eat out in the terrace area if you prefer. The swimming pool on the roof was a surprise bonus. There is a bar area and loungers. After a long day sight seeing it was delightful to have a dip and relax on the loungers. We stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved it.

Facing the beachfront, Occidental Torremolinos Playa offers 4-star accommodation in Torremolinos and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Exceptional bkfast. So many choices. You can’t get tired to the food with so much variety. Staff was so helpful and friendly.

Featuring communal outdoor pools and a children's waterpark, Holiday World Resort is a 4-hotel compex located 5 minutes' walk from the beach in Benalmádena. The room was spacious,big terrace.Food was good.

Located 5 minutes´ walk from the nearest beach, ALEGRIA Palacio Mojacar features spacious gardens. The hotel offers a gym, communal outdoor pool and terrace with sun loungers. Excellent quality property, well maintained and decorated with style. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and of good quality. Upon arrival, we were offered a glass of champagne or water, and the reception staff walked us to our room. I have visited many 4- and 5-star properties in Spain; for a 4-star property, it is among the best I have stayed at, highly recommended.

ALEGRIA Colonial Mar is ideally located on the seafront in Roquetas de Mar and offers outdoor pools, surrounded by gardens. The spacious rooms feature a furnished balcony and sea views. This hotel surprised us. We were doing a drive holiday for one month around Spain and Portugal and this was equally the best hotel we stayed in.

The all-inclusive Estival Islantilla is located directly in front of Islantilla Beach, on the Costa de la Luz. The food was brilliant and a great selection. The hotel was clean, even the public toilets. The setup for kids was excellent. The location for beach and shops was very handy.

Just 500 metres from the border with Gibraltar, Ohtels Campo De Gibraltar overlooks Algeciras Bay. An outdoor swimming pool and rooms with balconies are on offer in this 4-star hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was perfectly located for exploring both La Linea and Gibraltar.
