A special mention to Valeria, our guest relations manager, who went above and beyond to attend to all our requests and needs with such warmth and professionalism. Her exceptional service made our experience even more memorable. The food at all the restaurants was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also loved the convenience of the shuttle service between the Rixos resorts, which allowed us to explore different restaurants and enjoy even more culinary delights. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always going the extra mile to make sure we felt welcome and cared for. Their dedication and attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. The vibrant market on certain days and the nightly entertainment added a lively and unique touch to our experience, keeping us engaged and entertained throughout. Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Resort is located on seafront among palm trees. It features free WiFi in all areas, a sandy beach, 7 swimming pools, 7 à-la-carte restaurants and 9 bars. Hotel was not a regular hotel it was an amazing world class resort. Everything was superb, food, room,bed, pillows, pool especially cart service for moving in the resort was very efficient and helpful. Miss Bisma in guest relations was very curtyest and helpful . It was a wonderful stay we would definitely like to come back Insha Allah
