Everything was perfect and above our expectations. We're already looking forward to coming back next year. A pure moment of tranquility and the staff and buffet were top-notch.

All the staff were very helpful and kind, especially Mr. Mostafa Othman Assistant front office manager and Mohamed Mossaad, the chef of Shell Fish Restaurant. Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park" has a fitness centre, garden, a private beach area and shared lounge in Quseir. Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!

Casa Mare Resort - ex, Royal Tulip Beach Resort is located near to Port Ghalib, 42 km from Marsa Alam. very nice staff, especially all staff in the reception very nice room, perfect cleaning

Absolutely brilliant hotel manager Hosni who went above and beyond to make us feel the most welcomed and ensured we had a wonderful comfortable stay. Good facilities, Aqua park , beach . Our see view room was very nice.
