Mr. Sameh Mahmoud took great care of us when we arrived. We had booked something wrong, but everything went smoothly and we were able to get into the room early. Thanks to him! + We got show tickets even though the hotel was fully booked

Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus- Ultra... The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and luxurious with a comfortable room right in front of the pool. The food was varied and delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff made our stay truly special – Reception Manager Mr. Haitham was very nice and helpful, the pool staff (Arafat, Arafat, Mahmoud Kamal, and Osama) were amazing and always attentive, and Mr. Yousef from housekeeping was professional, kind, and such a good person. Salama from the restaurant was also very friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely beautiful adult friendly resort. Best all inclusive hotel that I’ve stayed so far! Staff was extremely friendly, classy and helpful who made sure that we got everything we need on a daily basis. Wide range of restaurant choises. Rooms absolutely beautiful and clean. Comfy beds that guaratee a good night sleep every night. This is your choise for the rest and recharging for sure. 🙏🏻 You should also check out the perfume store hosted by Hamada!

Everything was excellent! The beach is beautiful, massive pools. Food was great, so many options, very tasty and good quality. The staff were amazingly helpful. I had a head cold and they were super caring and supportive. The daily entertainment was so much fun.

JAZ Soma Beach offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. With free Wi Fi only in public area, this 4-star hotel has a garden and a terrace. All in all we are very satisfied with our stay. Hotel has beautiful territory, it’s all green and you can see that every corner gets attention from gardeners. There are enough place for evening promenade. The beach is not very big, so it’s better to come before 11am, but you have enough sunbeds near the pool if any. Beach is clean, has all facilities. Water is super clean and clear. Service is very good. In restaurants and at the beach you always get attention and can get any drinks or help you need. Food is very good. There are 2 a la cart restaurants (we didn’t try it), and 2 big restaurants - one on the beach and one in main building. Second has bigger choice, but on the beach you can eat on the fresh air with cozy atmosphere. We were completely happy with food choice and taste. Animation team is active and arrange a lot of interesting activities. They invite everyone, so you feel comfortable to join, but if you don’t feel like it, you can just relax. Also you can play table tennis, kicker, billiards, giant domino, darts, boccia. It’s all available all the time. With animation team or for individual use. Gym is new and well equipped for the training. Overall my family and I had great experience! But there are some things that can be improved. I would say that rooms are more on the level of 3 stars hotel. Room in general feels tired and needs some renovation. Bathroom has plastic ceiling that make room not cozy. Bed clothes are clean, but a little grey and have some spots. Towels also worn out. But beds and pillows are comfortable. Also patio is nice. Another point for us was spa. We planned to go, but prices are too high (most of procedures are cheaper in Russia and Germany). You could get some discounts for buying several procedures, but still prices are not good. Room cleaning is average. Foot towel were dirty, but weren’t changed, just folded back.

フォート・アラベスクビーチから徒歩14分のThe Makadi Spa Hotel - Couples Only 18 Years Plusはハルガダにある宿泊施設で、屋外プール、無料専用駐車場、庭、専用ビーチエリアを提供しています。5つ星のリゾートで、庭の景色を望むユニット、テラス、バーを提供しています。ルームサービス、ATM、外貨両替サービスを提供しています。 The Makadi Spa... まずは、ハンナに感謝致します。 たくさん気にかけてくれ、色々と融通を聞かせてくれました。おもてなしの心がプロフェッショナルでした！ スタッフもフレンドリーで、すぐ困っていないかと気さくに声かけてくれます。 施設も綺麗で、ビュッフェは期待以上に美味しかったです。お酒もカイロではカクテルが1杯2000円と高いこですが、ここは無料、たくさん飲みました。 皆もコメントがあるように、オールインクルッシブなのに、ものによってはextra料金があるの不思議でしたが、それがなくても十分に美味しい食事と素敵な滞在になりました。 アジア人を全く見かけず、欧米人ばかりだったので、礼儀正しいし、笑顔を振りまいてくれるのでそこもまた雰囲気抜群でした。 日本人におすすめできる素敵なホテルです。
