Mr Islam was very nice and welcoming. The facilities were great. Alot of pools and rides for children. The restaurant options were plentiful and catered to kids.

For our first trip to Egypt and Hurghada we didn’t really know what to expect, I booked this hotel based on TripAdvisor’s reviews ( tip : stick with review from people who had already many reviews on different properties don’t listen to a one off review), everybody said it’s the place to stay if you plan a trip to Hurghada and honestly it is. Being used to the comfort and highly quality service of properties in Dubai, our expectations are always set quite high when it comes to services and cleanliness, we landed in Hurghada around 3 AM (we chose to stop in Istanbul to have a direct flight to Hurghada with TK) our taxi was already waiting for us (booked through booking for around 6$ way chipper than the dodgy local taxis ) arrived at the hotel 10 mn later as the hotel is pretty close to the airport which is very convenient. The hotel manager had already sent us an email to make sure everything was arranged as I requested some special settings in our room for my wife’s birthday and indeed everything was arranged they even offered us to have some snacks as we had a long trip. Checked in , the room is just huge (we had a deluxe room with sea view, more like a side sea view but it’s the same for all the similar room in this hotel). Room super clean, the bed and the pillows were very comfy and most important the hotel was so quiet. As an adult only the hotel was busy but not crowded and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff was top notch, always asking what can be done to make our stay perfect, we used to receive a call to our room every other day asking if everything’s ok or do we have any special request. The hotel got 4 restaurants: main buffet downstairs used for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a seafood /Arabic restaurant upstairs (just above the buffet one ) was our favorite as it everyday has a large choice of fish, seafood, fresh pasta and so on.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Posh Club at Sunrise Tucana Resort, and we want to thank a few incredible people who made our stay truly special! First of all, a big thank you to the lovely girl at the reception – Georgina, you are simply amazing! Always welcoming us with a smile and ready to help with anything – you really made a difference in our stay. Ahmed, our butler – you were fantastic! So attentive, professional, and always there when we needed something. Thank you for taking such good care of us! Abdel from the Posh Restaurant – your kindness and service were top-notch. You made every meal feel like a treat. Samer, thank you for your friendliness and positive energy – we appreciated it every day! Mohammed, the golf car driver – you were a star! You made our daughter laugh every single time with your fun rides. She’s still talking about you! A special thank you as well to the kind gentleman in front of the pharmacy who sells perfumes and natural oils – your products are great and well-priced, and your friendly service made shopping a pleasure. And finally, heartfelt thanks to the doctor Dr. Beshoy Youssef who helped me when I had a lot of pain. Located in Hurghada, 41 km from Hurghada Grand Aquarium, Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. The hotels is incredible, smart layout, well designed and lots of good areas where you can spend your time. Good pools, nice beach and chairs/sunbathing sofas everywhere. Restaurants where amazing, buffet was alot better then your average hotels buffets (so much to choose from and high quality.) WIFI was very good, was able to stream everything at a high bitrate (youtube, football, twitch etc...) And last but not least, the staff! In some hotels i feel uncomfortable getting overly served especially when staff "fake it", not here, i believe the staff is genuinely happy working at this hotel. At the same time they seem so relaxed, and that made it so much easier for me to relax. I get the feeling that the hotel is taking very good care of its staff, and in turn the staff is taking very good care of its visitors.

JAZ Soma Beach offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. With free Wi Fi only in public area, this 4-star hotel has a garden and a terrace. Our experience at Jaz Soma Beach Hotel was perfect in every way. Our room was spacious for three adults and impeccably clean. The sandy beach was stunning, and all the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Our main consultant, Rahim, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. On our last day, one of us wasn’t feeling well, and we had a late check-out; Rahim made arrangements that allowed us to relax and enjoy our time despite the situation. We are so grateful to Rahim and the entire hotel staff for making our visit to Hurghada truly unforgettable.

Located on the sea front with private sandy beach featuring an outdoor pool, children's playground and terrace, Pickalbatros White Beach Resort - Hurghada is set in Hurghada in the Red Sea Region and... Everything, the best hotel I ever stayed in Hurghada , the staff make you feel so special, the operation manger Mr Sherif Mohamed and Mr Ayman Hassan they went extra mile to make our honeymoon special and how they welcome us at the reception and Mr Omer who has made the booking and take the payment all the reception staff are the best and most friendly. The food quality is amazing and various varieties and the waiters are doing their best to make you feel comfortable and meet your expectations specially Hamaza Mahmoud and Ahmed at the beach bar they are amazing waiters and very friendly and very professional. Above all I would recommend this hotel to anyone who really wants to have a good relaxation and great service and great holiday then this is your best hotel.

One can’t expect any better place than this you get everything you wish for. The guest relation soecuallt mrs Zahra speaking good English, and being so helpful and understanding, they provided you a very good start and helped us with lost belongings, clean room, upgraded to Seaview, great food and the best entertainment through the whole stay
