The large indoor pool overlooks the garden, through floor-to-ceiling windows. 2nd year in a row in this value for money hotel. Extremely Friendly staff. Preslava and Rosa at reception helped and guided us for everything we needed. Excellent spa facilities. Milena and Gea provided super massages. The spa physiotherapist Pao was so helpful after a ski accident my wife had re what to do and hat to avoid and also provided amazing after ski massage. Variety and quality of breakfast and dinner buffet were top! Different theme every night with the highlight being the Bulgarian night with live music and dancers.

Breakfast, dinner and spa were good. Just one day sauna was out of service. I particularly liked a swimming pool - clean and decent size. The internal green yard with beautiful trees was great for the relaxing rest during the day.

Stayed for one week,staff was great,rooms were very clean and good size(I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms) The only remark the menu could improve a little bit,not too many choices but in general was tasty and I enjoy it. I recommend it and maybe I'll book it again.

Molerite Complex has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Bansko. Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has river views, and guests can enjoy access to a sauna and a hammam. Great hotel with a view on the mountain. The restaurant offers excellent food. The rooms are nice and big, clean and cozy. One of the downsides is that parking on the street is paid, but the personnel offered to help with payment details.
