Set in Zell am See, 2.2 km from Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course, POP-UP LIVING Zell am See offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. We liked the size of the room, the separate beds in the children's room, the big balcony and the amazing view from the balcony. Also, we liked the complimentary drinks, coffee and tea and the family cozy lobby area where you can relax for a while with a good book. Special thanks to the friendly receptionist, who put our stuff in their fridge at the reception, since the room had none.

Situated directly on the crystal-clear Fuschlsee, Vogl’s Nest is a retreat for nature-loving connoisseurs seeking tranquility, warmth, and a slower pace. The location is unparalleled. Easily accessible from Salzburg via the 150 bus. The town is much more lively in the summer when the water is warm enough to swim, but we quite enjoyed the more quiet nature in late May. We spent our first day soaking up the sun in the private seating area by the lake, reserved for patrons of the hotel. Although our second day was drizzly, (had to cancel our stand-up paddle board reservation) we still made the best of it & took a beautiful walk around the lake, then took advantage of the spa at the hotel (saunas, water massages/jet tubs, water beds, an infrared chamber). The crowning jewel of the trip was by far the accomodating nature & hospitality of the family Vogl, who run the hotel. I could not speak more highly of them. We arrived in town 4 hours before we could check in at 15:00, and they were happy to hold our luggage until then at the front desk. I had warned them in advance when booking the stay that my mom has celiac & cannot have gluten, and during our breakfast (an INCREDIBLE spread, unlike anything I’d ever seen at a breakfast buffet), they brought out all sorts of gluten free options specifically for her to eat. As we had to head out before breakfast on our last day, our stay concluded with the AMAZING 5-course dinner put together by the hotel. You must reserve at least a day in advance, and was worth far more than the €32 a person that we paid to sit by the lake & enjoy our delicious food. My mom was blown away by the fact that they made a special cauliflower soup for her for her allergy, and offered her high quality gluten free rolls. We cannot say enough about this trip of a lifetime and recommend to anyone.

Just 100 metres from the ski lift in Filzmoos, Dorf-Chalets Filzmoos mit Sauna feature a sauna and a steam bath. Guests can play table tennis and tabletop football. We had the most beautiful stay at Dorf-Chalets Filzmoos mit Sauna! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, attention to detail, and stunning surroundings. The chalets are beautifully designed, cozy yet spacious, and equipped with everything we need. The views are absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the majestic mountains each morning was a dream. The sauna was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring and added a luxurious touch to our stay. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, ensuring our stay exceeded all expectations. This place is truly a gem, offering tranquility, beauty, and impeccable service. We can't wait to return and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway in the heart of the Austrian Alps!
