From the warm check in received by Ozlem, to the helpfulness of Hedi at the front desk for Any requests. Casa Nonna makes you feel like family. They truly made my stay an exceptional one. From the kind and thorough housekeeping, to Ali the young gentleman who helped me with my luggage. The sea, pool, food and level of service was exceptional. Hokan, Yusuf and Sinem were there for every desire, food wise, and I have to say the hotel is very green and health conscious which was appreciated for those with a healthy lifestyle! To the professionalism of Sina and Tatiana, I truly couldn't recommend this place more, and thoroughly look forward to returning very soon for the next holiday season. This is a fantastic hotel for us. The location is perfect, right on the beach & restaurants & shops directly behind it. The food this year has gone up in standard but it was good last year & they have extended the Snack menu & times & the food is really great too. We will definitely be back & highly recommend this place for couples & families as they have The Best Entertainment Team We've seen in many years. 😁😁
