Everything was great . the pools the beach the staff , also animation team very friendly . I booked 2 rooms but when I reached the hotel I asked to upgread , and I got the best villa thanx to Bilal in reservations I just had to pay extra but I was definitely worth it .Tankx A lot to BILAL.

Amazing breakfast with good variety of healthy options, cooks are happy to serve any extra order. Food from restaurants - tasty, fresh, arrives fast. Buggy service is quick and convenient. We loved everything, smooth check in, great selection of food for all inclusive, beautiful views overseeing the sea and mountain while enjoying meals, lovely pools, all the staff are helpful and doing their best. Well organized kids dance activities and shows in the evening.

The staff were wonderful, especially our evening waiter, H.Can, and the animation lady, Nurten, who was very entertaining and ensured we were enjoying ourselves. The many facilities were comfortable, and the food was delicious, and varied. There was a public bus every 30 minutes from the hotel entrance, heading to Bodrum at very reasonable rates.

From the warm check in received by Ozlem, to the helpfulness of Hedi at the front desk for Any requests. Casa Nonna makes you feel like family. They truly made my stay an exceptional one. From the kind and thorough housekeeping, to Ali the young gentleman who helped me with my luggage. The sea, pool, food and level of service was exceptional. Hokan, Yusuf and Sinem were there for every desire, food wise, and I have to say the hotel is very green and health conscious which was appreciated for those with a healthy lifestyle! To the professionalism of Sina and Tatiana, I truly couldn't recommend this place more, and thoroughly look forward to returning very soon for the next holiday season.
