Premises: Booked in the off-season (October) after filtering the top 5 cheapest all-inclusive hotels with a minimum rating of 8 on the island. I chose Club Zante Plaza based on excellent reviews, and it exceeded all expectations. -The staff left an indelible impression: receptionists, bartenders, cleaning staff, chefs, and waiters were all amazing, kind, and passionate about their work. Made us feel welcome, at ease and at home. -Pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade upon arrival (I guess due to the low season) -Enjoyed a peaceful atmosphere as most clubs were closed during the off-season, though locals mentioned the area could be quite loud in the high season. -The food was exceptional, with diverse options, especially during dinner. -Delicious drinks made from local ingredients added to the experience. -Appreciated the limited entertainment options as not a fan of animation. -Real hairdryer in the room, and not just the usual hotel hairdryer that barely dries anything. -Impeccable cleaning and spacious, comfortable beds. -The room had a modern and stylish design.

I was travelling with my husband and our little 10months son. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay in Klelia Beach Hotel, though we were worried to go for a vacation with this small baby. First of all, the Receptionist Depy was amazing, so professional, so friendly, she made us feel like at home! She gave a lot of useful advices and gave a lot of attention to our little boy, who loved to come over. Thank you, Depy! Second, the stuff was always so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our food, which was amazing, simply wow, the variety of food and beverages made our stay full, and our bodies heavier 😂 The Lifeguard Manolia was always there on her duties, so all parents where calm about their children and their safety! The beach is like 3min away, it was very comfortable to go there and back to the hotel. Also, the entartainment in the evenings was very nice, especially the greek night. about cleaning: cleaning ladies where very friendly and cleaned daily, so honestly saying I was very happy about the service they hve provided! Nice room with perfect view over the pool and beach. Comfy bed and a nice shower. Food variety was good. It had enough sunbeds but I think it only was because it was almost end of the season. This was also the reason why the offer for AI and the price of 64 euro per night (2 person) was unbeatable.

The hotel has a beautiful area. The rooms were cleaned almost every day. Towels were changed frequently. Breakfast buffet. The choice is small. 7 minutes to the sea.

This hotel is beautiful, we stayed here for 6 nights and didn't want to leave. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, from the moment we arrived they helped get us checked in and took our bags to our room. Denise showed us to our room and showed us how everything worked, which was really nice. The food really is something that this hotel does well (especially for an All Inclusive) namely the Meze lunch bar which we couldn't believe was included in the all inclusive 😍 great cocktail menu, recommend the Hugo!! Hopefully we'll return again!
