Great staff and right on the beach. The room was spacious and housekeeping was excellent. George and Nicos the barman were very engaging. Off road underground parking was easy and car out of the sun.

We got an upgrade when we arrived to a galaxy suite. We had our own mini pool and private terrace on the roof. Our room was beautiful, bright and clean. We were welcomed with a smoothie/juice at reception and in our room was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit platter. They also allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm which was a bonus. The hotel itself is new and fresh and the outdoor pool and loungers are lovely. There are loungers on the beach also. It's in a rural seaside location around 30 mins drive from Chania Old town. You have a view of the sea from everywhere and it's a nice sandy beach too. We would recommend going all inclusive. The food selection was extensive from choice of fruits, salads, cold meat and cheeses to the hot food and desserts. They also have a la carte menus for lunch and dinner if you prefer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful all the time. Nothing was too much trouble.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing holiday here! From the moment we arrived until the very last day, everything was perfect. The reception, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping staff were always so kind, helpful, and smiling – they truly made us feel welcome. The hotel is new, modern, and very practical, while at the same time surrounded by beautiful nature. For the past few years, we had been spending our holidays in Spain, but after this experience, we can honestly say this place is much better. Greek hospitality gave us a unique and unforgettable holiday that we will always remember. The food was also fantastic – with delicious Aegean dishes and a very wide selection of vegetarian options, there was always something fresh and tasty to enjoy. Loved it! Hotel was a good size with two pools, two bars/restaurants and it’s right on the beach, as well as being very close to bars, restaurants and shops and a few mini golf/arcade type places. Staff were all lovely and our room was clean with a big balcony overlooking the hotel and the beach. We did all inclusive and the food was amazing with so much choice. Drinks choices were great too, especially liked being able to help yourself to wine, beer and soft drinks. We’ll definitely be staying here if we come back to Crete.

We had a bungalow with a pool which backed onto a small olive grove and it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful if we ever required assistance. The food offer was excellent and the quality was high. We’d go back in a flash.
