Perfect stay for family and kids 3 & 6yrs. Staff very attentive, room was great and pools and aqua park were very nice. Food great. Kids club also and night entertainment was fun. Couldn’t ask for better really!

Extraordinary. The food, the drinks, the infrastructure, the different restaurants and bars, you never feel crowded which is very important in the high season. The staff is very nice, especially Marietta from the cocktail bar with view of the sea.

The room has all that’s needed for a stay. Towels and sheets are replaced frequently and the room is cleaned once per 2 days. It’s light and good looking. The food is very rich, breakfast has all you need, lunch and dinner are tasty and contain plenty of dishes from both local and European cuisine. The hotel is beautiful. It really does take you to your own little paradise. Everything is easy to find and there’s plenty of great facilities. The hotel rooms were a great size and had everything you needed including a free minibar. Towels for the pool were available, the sunbeds were beautiful overlooking the pools (there are three beautiful pools!). The restaurant serves amazing food and the staff were so amazing and friendly

The room spacious with fantastic views over the sea , gardens and pool area. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of choices and so was lunch. Staff were friendly and helpful and the whole hotel looked grand and very clean with plenty of facilities to keep you occupied.

The Rethymno Village is just 100 metres from the fine sand and blue sea of Platania’s beach. It offers a Greek restaurant and a fresh-water pool with pool-side snack bar.
