Living so close to the sea was amazing. We managed to see TWO newborn baby turtles during our one week stay! Also, of course, we really liked the hotel, the staff was always friendly, the food, especially at the restaurants, was great. A very nice place overall!

First the staff in unbelievably welcoming and high level of hospitality! we had booked 3 nights, but thanks to the manager we got 4 more nights and same room..The location is quite nice near all restaurants and supermarkets and beach. Very spacious room and nice bathroom. The rooms are also large and clean. A lovely balcony and the view was great to the garden and the swimming pool. Nice atmosphere around the pool and lovely small turtle pool.Good breakfast.

we have stayed here for the past 7 years, but this year it was a passing visit we only stopped for 1 night but we have some very good friends who are staff so we had to visit them.

The room service was exceptional, everything was lovely, clean towels everything was clean, sanitary, coming back to a fresh room with new towels and everything in order after a long day of tourist activities really makes your holiday a lot nicer. The pools were lovely, clean, no complaints. Exceptional hotel, location was amazing, everything you could need, food, tourist shops, supermarkets, car and arv rentals, boat cruises, all within a short walk of the hotel, just down the main road. Even the room cleaners were very polite and smiley, everything was new, perfect, 0 complaints. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, but I’m not much of a breakfast person anyways. If you’re coming to Zakinthos, this hotel is perfect, couples, families, lads trips, I think it’s amazing and definitely worth the money.

The staff was very nice and busy. There was an option to eat in other Zante Plaza hotels, which allowed us to explore the island and have lunch at the closest hotel, without having to return to ours. The food was excellent, there were many choices and something different every day. Bed was very comfortable. The room (and hotel) was clean. Checkout was at 11, but we were allowed to use the facilities and have lunch, which was great as our flight was late in the afternoon. We had free AC as we booked through Booking.com (normally it's for extra charge), but we didn't use it as the weather was perfect (stayed 5-9. October).
