It is a solid 4 star hotel. There may be the tyniest disavantages here and there, but the whole atmosphère is very home-like and friendly. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. We were always fed and entertained. No queues, enough space near the swimming pools and at the beach, enough shadow. Clean and nice.

Very good location, nice sandy beach with pebbles in the water. Beach beds were always available. Very good quality and variety of food in the main restaurant. Also pizza in the snack bar was delicious. Drinks were average. What makes the stay special is all the staff - starting from the reception team who helped with all questions, cleaning ladies who kept the room super clean, bar tenders and animation team. Staff is definitely the added value to the hotel. :)

We had the pleasure of spending 10 days at Oceanis Beach Hotel and we are very satisfied with our entire stay. The hotel fully met our expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and neatly maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important during the warm days of our stay. The menu in the hotel restaurants was very diverse – breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered a wide selection of dishes, including both local and international cuisine. The restaurant staff also deserves praise: always polite and smiling. The hotel's location near the beach, with beautiful views, good transport connections, shops, and restaurants nearby – made it a perfect base for exploring, while still being peaceful and comfortable. Additionally, a huge plus was the option of purchasing a late check-out until 6:00 PM. Thanks to this, we were able to truly enjoy the last day, relax, pack calmly, and leave without stress – a very nice convenience that definitely contributed positively to our overall experience. To sum up: Oceanis Beach Hotel is a place we’d be happy to return to. Great value for money, very friendly service, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, good cuisine, and seaside relaxation.

It was very spacious, clean and organized. Rooms were cleaned regularly, plenty of food choices and two dining locations at any time. Also, it was impossible to skip any meal because there was always at least place that you can go to. As for the beach and pool area, plenty of sun beds, 4 bars, and great programs for kids. It was delightful to be their guest and not to worry about anything, cause it’s all taken care of. Would definitely recommend !

My wife and I had an unforgettable 6-day stay at Mitsis Faliraki. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Faliraki, right where the nightlife thrives, making it very convenient to explore the area. From the moment we arrived, the first thing that impressed us was the cleanliness. Every corner was spotless, spacious, and meticulously maintained. All the staff were cheerful, helpful, and exceptionally hospitable. In addition to the rich buffet options, we had the opportunity to dine at the Italian, Tex-Mex, and Greek restaurants included in our reservation. We loved both the food and the warmth and professionalism of the service team. During breakfast, Ms. İnci’s genuine hospitality made every morning a delightful experience. The Main Restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes for both breakfast and dinner, all of which were delicious. The bar staff in the hotel’s various locations were also highly skilled and attentive. We would like to sincerely thank all Mitsis Faliraki staff—from the service team to the kitchen staff, housekeeping, and lobby personnel.
