All-Inclusive Stays in Los Cristianos

Suite on floor 7. Excellent facilities, spa bath and walk in shower , walk in closet with loads of storage ...Very nice grounds + all round comfort.

The staff here are phenomenal.

We liked pretty much everything there. It’s a beautiful place at a wonderful location right by the beach. what really stood out was the friendliness and attentiveness of all the hotel personnel, quite remarkable! A special gracias to Besik at the restaurant and Tiziana of the hotel management. We felt very welcome and at home there and will be back. I can definitely recommend this hotel!

Outstanding!! Well, what can we say? Undoubtedly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived we felt special. Your bags are taken and you are offered a free drink of choice while they check you in. The reception staff and the bell boy (are they still called that?) were politeness personified. After the very welcome drink, we were then taken to our room which turned out to be lovely. We have read some comments about the bathroom being in the room and it not being liked, but actually this works out brilliantly and is a clever concept. There is a door you can close dividing the bathroom and toilet (which has its own door) from the bedroom, and so actually creates a far larger bathroom than you would normally get. Trust us, it works! The pools are lovely. The poolside bar is fantastic, and whilst we chose not to go fully inclusive as we like to explore local restaurants, the amount of complimentary drinks they bring round every so often made this the right decision for us. However, if you like to eat in the hotel restaurants and drink a lot during the day, I would recommed the fully inclusive. How are the staff? I can honestly say I have never met so many lovely, polite and helpful staff in all our years. Nothing is too much trouble and everything comes with a smile. We managed to lock ourselves out of the room and lose a room key, yet this was no issue, they solved it there and then. We'd like to mention in particular Miheala, who worked at the pool bar. She was wonderful, so friendly and happy. She made a real difference to our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast buffet is superb! There was nothing we wanted for, and more than we could have dreamt of! I was partial to the salmon and caviar, my wife enjoyed the range of pastries. We both enjoyed the champagne! As for the restuarants, we only ate in Portofino, the onsite Italian for lunch once. However, it was very nice, but cannot honestly comment much further than that.

Amazing hotel & one of the best in tenerife, nice villa with pool, very quite, incredible and helpful staff! We enjoyed a lot! Food for breakfest is good quality! Welcome champaign in our villa was a big warm surprise! Thanks!!! We will come back next year again!

This my first time trying all inclusive and it was such a great experience. The pool was heated and the view was amazing. The Staff were so friendly and kept making sure we were alright. Always on hand to fill our drinks when needed. Breakfast was incredible especially with the view and everyday a pastry chef would make something special for us to try. We would eat at restaurants most nights but the Buffet in the main building had plenty of food. We were overwhelmed. It was nice to try new types of foods that you wouldn't normally. Our room was gorges and even when we checked out they looked after us up until we left for the airport.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks and we only have positive words for this hotel. All the staff were very pleasant, especially the entertainers (Melissa, Anna and Aron who made our stay unforgettable thanks to their sympathy, their smile and the quality of the entertainment), all the kitchen staff (especially David who is very friendly and efficient in his work) and the reception staff. The cleanliness and beauty of the hotel are also worth mentioning. The fitness room is great. The rooftop is beautiful with an amazing view to the ocean and Playa de las Americas. The food is also excellent. We hope we can come back next year

Breakfast was great and location wS quiet but.not.far to.walk to rhe beach and nightlife.
