From the moment we arrived until the day of our departure, every aspect of our stay was meticulously taken care of, thanks to the extraordinary efforts of the hotel's General Manager, Samy Bendary, and the dedicated staff members, including Mr. Abdelkader, Mr. Sayed, and Ahmed, the driver of the reception. The experience was so good that I decided to tell it like a fairy tale... because that's how I felt. Once upon a time, there was a traveler who, upon crossing the gates of a palace between the sea and the desert, felt like she was entering a fairy tale. From the moment she set foot there, she knew two days wouldn't be enough and she would do whatever it took to extend her stay. The first welcome was enchanting: the reception team, with bright smiles and impeccable disposition, greeted us as if we were royalty. Every subsequent visit was the same: quick responses, magical solutions, and the constant feeling of being in good hands. Nancy, the great princess of the kingdom, number one, shone especially brightly among them. Always attentive, with luminous energy and boundless kindness, she made me feel contained, supported, and accompanied, as if I had a royal title. She resolved any doubt as if she were brandishing a magic wand capable of ordering the world. The entertainment staff filled every corner with laughter and music. Among them, Abdo shone as the master of ceremonies: he organized unforgettable shows, and the fire show was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. In another corner of the palace, I met Ragab, the sage from the beauty salon. He spoke calmly and radiated joy, making me feel beautiful even before I tried his services. He was like a kind oracle who bestowed confidence just by talking. The Eternal Banquet Hall was another magical chapter. Every day, the chef and his army of cooks served an infinite variety of flavors and colors from all corners of the world. As a vegetarian, I never felt limited: from the first moment, they offered to prepare whatever I wanted, with personalized attention. I still remember a pasta that, I swear, was one of the best of my life. The second night, like a scene from a romantic story, Nancy organized a romantic dinner on the beach.

The stuff attitude was amazing. especially Mr. ismaeel (manager) and Mr. ahmad (reseption in charge). They helped us celebrate our anniversary. Arranged us special decoration and offered extraordinary anniversary gifts at the restaurant.

We stayed at the hotel from May 4th to May 20th. We arrived around 1:00 AM, but official check-in was only after 2:00 PM. However, the staff was very accommodating and we were already in our room by 1:30 AM. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious. We never saw any queues at any of the food outlets. Even during the busiest breakfast hour, there were at most 2-3 people in line in front of the chef making omelets or fried eggs—just waiting for their order. I’d particularly like to highlight that at any time, there are a huge number of waiters in the restaurant who are extremely quick to bring drinks and clear dirty dishes—literally instantly. We dined at the outdoor restaurant, where for every 20-30 tables there were always 5 waiters working. Everything was top-notch! Every day, the main restaurant offered several types of meat, a wide variety of side dishes, and a huge selection of dishes. The mussels were especially impressive—absolutely excellent! Overall, my impressions of the hotel were only positive—I didn’t notice any downsides, just pluses. I’ve never seen so many beach attendants (beach boys) at any other hotel. There are lots of them—they walk around every 5 minutes offering drinks, all day long. Among all the hotels around the bay, Jaz Lamaya is the most convenient in terms of its proximity to the pier. There was never a shortage of sun loungers by the sea, although it was very crowded around the pool. Every day, a PR representative named Christina walks around the hotel grounds. She listens carefully to all requests and resolves any issues instantly. Christina, huge respect to you!

Very nice, homey and cosy environment, staff are all very attentive and friendly. The lady at the reception, Mahmoud and manager Mohamed are all very helpful and has helped me sorted out a few requests. The house reef is really good for snorkelling, very shallow and so many fish!

We appreciate our stay in the resort the room was clean and comfy with great sea view The food was excellent and variable, there were another ala carte restaurants the asian one was amazing and delciois the waiters were such helpful Aqua park has alot if slides , beach were nice ,small area for swimming but generally nice experience All the stuff were friendly MR.mohammed from reception ,main chef mohammed , animation team patrick and hesham , room service hamada all made our stay nice experience and hope to return back
