All-Inclusive Stays in Marsa Alam City

I had a great holiday in Pickalbatros Villaggio Aqua Park - Portofino Marsa Alam. Very good service, delicious food, clean rooms, amazing aqua park, beautiful beach, staff very kind and friendly, animators cool. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would especially like to thank Haytham for helping me with various queries and advising me on how to make the most of my time at the hotel. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Pickalbatros, for the wonderful holiday.

I will never forget this trip thanks to everyone that is working here 🙏🏼 we were able to snorkel and see different kinds of sea animals and corals just few steps from the beach 🥰 they are also quite careful and warning everyone to make sure that nobody ruin the corals or give food to the fishes.. also we had trip to dolphins house and we had wim with them (big thanks to the guys there that took care of everyone and made sure that we had good memories in videos and photos). The restaurant is good the chef was always careful to listen to people’s opinion about food and if they have something more they desire to have ! Rooms are so clean the housekeepers are always careful about minor details

I just want to join to the others, it is the best hotel in Marsa Alam, where the guests are the king. So friendly staff, unbelievable, we will miss all!! The rooms are so modern, the food is always different, animation and sport program! Thank you Natalia!!! The coral reef is amazing, we saw turtles, see cow dugong, dolphins, mantarays, calmars etc… We just want to come back and see how it looks like after grand opening and meet again the people we have in our hurts now. Our children (8 and 11 years old) especially loved the aquapark, which provided hours of fun and excitement. The beachfront location was beautiful, but with a pronounced water reflux, which could be seen as a negative thing or a positive one: an opportunity to explore the beach when the water receded. Our room was very big, nice and clean. Cleanliness throughout the resort was impressive and the friendliness of the staff made our stay even more pleasant. Our kids also really enjoyed the VR games, and the person at the VR movie area was fantastic with them. The resort itself is quite large, which might not suit guests who prefer a smaller, more compact setting. However, there are quadracycles and a shuttle bus to help get around, which made it manageable. It’s worth mentioning that the resort is far from any cities or towns, so going for a walk outside the resort isn’t really an option. That said, there is plenty to do on-site, and there are also organized excursions available, like safaris and other tours, if you’d like to explore the surrounding area. The food was delicious, with a wide variety and plenty of restaurant options to choose from. The Mediterreanean and Soprano restaurants had amazing sea views. Overall, we had a great family holiday here and would happily recommend it to other families looking for a fun, relaxing getaway.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience - a relaxing end of our 2 week trip in Egypt. Staff were very nice, welcoming, smiling and service-minded. The house reef was beautiful with lots of coloful fishes. Our room was the best on our trip in Egypt, spacious, clean and a comfortable bed. Food was good, we are vegan and there were plenty of options. Of course youl can find more interesting food elsewhere in Egypt but we were overall very happy.

I loved the setting of this hotel in its extensive and beautiful grounds. Such lovely gardens, and so many birds to watch - it was perfect. As was the service from the staff, - they managed to locate my Ipad which I had lost en route from Gatwick, and thanks to Mohamed, the Front Office Manager, assisted by Peter and Khaled at Reception, it was found at Marsa Alam Airport. Help too from Ahmed, the Lifeguard who took me snorkelling, and showed me a turtle I would never have noticed otherwise. The beach is a lovely sandy sheltered bay so you can snorkel directly from there or via a short bridge close to the Royal, and the reef itself does not disappoint. There is also a small heated pool in a walled setting, and is sheltered from the wind, so necessary in the winter months. The Restaurant was good too.
