The staff was absolutely amazing here. For the record I was suppose to stay at Dar el Medina but due to a mix up out of there control I was rebooked in Jaz solaya which was an amazing upgrade and closer to the beach! Mohamed Ali and his staff were exceptional and his sited on us hand abd foot. Whenever we family and I return we will book here everytime! Thank you for the unforgettable experience! Food, shows, activities, and pools were exceptional!!!!

We just returned from a 17 night stayed at Jaz Solaya, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail created a warm, relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay. A special thanks to Kassem from the customer service team who handled a few special requests for us, we really appreciated his extra care and attention. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-designed, offering a great balance of comfort and style. Housekeeping did an exceptional job each day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. One of the highlights was the food—varied, well-prepared, and consistently delicious. Whether at breakfast or dinner, there were plenty of options for every taste, including fresh local dishes and international favorites. Entertainment was enjoyable without being intrusive, including singers and musicians playing in the background in the evenings. The resort’s pools and surrounding areas were beautifully maintained, with plenty of sunbeds and shaded spots. The beach was also beautiful, with a 2k walking/jogging track around the bay. Access to the house reef is via a jetty for both snorkelers and divers and those wishing to go further afield can arrange dive and snorkel trips with Coraya Divers, conveniently located at the front of the hotel. We hope to return again next year and highly recommend it.

Unfortunately I only spent two days in this wonderful hotel. But these two days made up for the bad experience I had in the past few days in another hotel. I really liked the hotel park, the pools and the whole complex. Our room was great, simple but clean and tidy, but I was satisfied with it with a wonderful sea view. The staff was nice both at the reception and in the restaurant and throughout the hotel. The food was delicious, the selection was always acceptable and enough. For us, the most important thing, almost the most important thing, is the beach, the coral world. It is important to mention that it is very easy to enjoy the sea with children, as the beach is long and slowly deepening on the edge. Those who want to find corals and wildlife will have to walk a lot or swim towards the deeper parts, as the lagoon deepens very slowly. However, for me, this also had its own charm, as I also encountered wildlife in the grassy area that I have not seen anywhere else. Unfortunately, I did not have much time to explore everything, but what I found did not disappoint. I will return.I have to mention the animation team who did their job very professionally, sympathetically and truly remarkable. And before I forget the sympathetic attitude of the reception, when I mentioned that I needed more pillows, they arranged them within seconds, and when I mentioned the night before our departure that we had to leave at five in the morning, they were waiting for us with food pack, but no one asked for it. In the end, I have to say that I was completely satisfied with a hotel that met all my needs and where I would be happy to return anytime and I hope that this can happen in the near future. Thanks to Swisstouch resort. I boldly and warmly recommend it to all guests who do not prioritize absolute luxury but wonderful relaxation, rest, kindness and friendly hospitality.

Quick any problem solving, friendly environment, lot's of event during the day, drinking water supplied in the bottles every day, many options of different excursions (highly recommended to Luxor!), would definitely come back!

Exceptional Experience – A Perfect Couples’ Getaway! Our stay at this resort in Egypt was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of in every possible way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the drinks were top-notch, thanks to the amazing bartenders. The property itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, clean, and offering breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Mohamed salim from reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Also, a huge thank you to Taha, the barman, who made our evenings even better with his amazing cocktails and friendly attitude. The entertainment team truly made a difference in our stay—Yousaf Mohamed and Rico, you guys are incredible! Your energy and enthusiasm made every activity and show so much fun. We loved every second of our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation! 10/10!

Felt like in heaven! Every staff here is super nice and always take care of the guest. The room is big and quite and clean. Every service gives guests a wonderful experience. There are also some shows every day, making my journey full of joy. Absolutely will come back if I return to Port Ghalib!
