The moment you enter the hotel, everyone at the reception makes you feel pampered. We did first the 8 days tour in all Egypt, and we were beyond exhausted. We were ready to rest and celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. The buffets at all times are amazing. The beach, although it isn't huge, it has beautiful water. Their housekeeping,waiters, bartenders, and Gardeners are doing a great job every single day! Big thanks for the amazing experience and people met on this trip. Amani, and the Guest relation supervisor were extremely attentive. Sous chef Mostafa Ahmed.He was always super attentive to customer satisfaction. He made our stay very special. Very nice hotel, with interesting architecture. Very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful lobby bar and lobby. Walking paths and gardens with interesting plant life give a special impression, especially in the evening. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful beach with large coral reef, excellent for snorkeling at shallow depths and a colorful underwater world. The sports activities could not be all applied, obviously because of the sports events, which were during the period of my stay in the hotel, so I cannot be completely objective in that matter .I can freely say that I was very comfortable in the hotel.
