Great overall experience - starting with a delicious welcome drink up to a flexible check out. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food was good and you have a lot of variety with the 12 restaurants including 2 buffets, the rooms are beautiful designed and very clean plus you have an awesome sea view. I visited with my 2 sisters for our first "Sis-caytion" and the resort was the perfect place for this special occasion. We bonded, dined, relaxed, partied, took beautiful pictures in this picturesque resort and explored Punta Cana! The staff named us "The Destiny's Child" lol. From the warm welcome, to the great entertainment options, cleanliness to the wonderful staff! I can say this is definitely worth the money. I expected a lot considering the expensive price but quite frankly it bit my expectations. Rooms and environment was cleaned around the clock, security was on point. They had something for everything. For an all inclusive, the quality of the food and drinks were 5* restaurant quality (especially if you eat at the restaurants). The breakfast buffet was amazing. We ate ate and ate until we could eat no more. The resort is so beautiful and honestly, whatever your vibe is, there is something for you. The staff- work like robots, so efficient and always on the job but always remain so friendly, happy and always willing to help or make you laugh. I hope they are getting paid well enough (because they deserve it). When you want peace and quiet, or if you want to party of meet people, they had something for you. I normally don't leave reviews but I just had to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The service was premium, everyone was super keen to ensure we had a great stay. Food was decent for an all-inclusive, the particular standout was the Miraflores Cevicheria - food, drinks, service and vibes were all fab. We ended up eating at Miraflores multiple times during our stay! The breakfast spread was so much more than we expected, there were also staff that made custom omelettes, crepes and chilaquiles. Room service was prompt, minibar contents were included in the all-inclusive price, and if anything needed fixing in the room, someone was sent asap. The bars also did not skimp on the drinks and made them strong! The VIP bar served more premium alcohols. After walking 3km up the beach, Live Aqua definitely had the best set up and chill vibes.

The location was perfect really close to the beach, green spaces very well treated and beautiful, the pool was huge, many restaurants - buffet and thematic restaurants - with huge variety and no limits, inclusive alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, daily activities and night shows and small funny casino. The staff was very personal, educated and helpful, there was always somebody to help us. Also, there were securities everywhere, including at the beach. On the beach, there were lifeguards. Special compliment for JULIANA and JENNIFFER from the COCOA COFFEE BAR, very professional, educated and friendly, the best coffee from the Dominican Republic, my special thanks. There was kids club that included a big boat with water slide on mini pool, among other things.

Small paradise. Beach was amazingly beatiful. No issue to find a spot to lay and enjoy. Water in the sea was warm, light blue, trasparent, inviting us to swim. Rooms were clean, taken care of every day. Each evening there have been an entertiment which we could attend without leaving the hotel. Food was quite good, however seemed a bit heavy when staying 4 days.

It was like an amusement park with lots of facilities. Even when there were a bit more people they opened stands with serving additional foods and coctails beside of the many restaurants and bars so you had always chance to eat and drink. You do not need to leave the hotel at all. They filled up the minibar whenever you called the reception. The lady at the beach pool served us continuously even if we had not asked her. The beach was very clean as they cleaned it up every day the leaves however when the wind was bigger the water was not capable for swim due to the many sea weeds in it. Compared to other hotels here was the nicest beach in this bay.

This all-inclusive resort, completely renovated in 2021, is located on Bavaro Beach in the Dominican Republic.

We came for vacation, not to make drama about small things, like hair in bathroom or died bug in toilet. Then it is just perfect for vacation. Location was great & food was amazing! And the rooms were beautiful! Very spacious & up to date. Easy access to the beach with a 5 minute shuttle ride to the beach.
