An unforgettable experience! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything from the warm welcome at reception to the attention to the smallest details was impeccable. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and tastefully decorated, offering perfect comfort. The staff is particularly kind and always ready to help, anticipating even our smallest wishes. The hotel's restaurant offers a wide range of dishes, all delicious and impeccably presented. The breakfast is rich and satisfies every culinary preference, and the service is fast and professional. The facilities, such as the pool, spa and fitness room, are well maintained and offer an atmosphere of total relaxation. Plus, the location is perfect - close to all the major attractions, but quiet enough to enjoy privacy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for superior service and a memorable experience. Our room is in the fifth floor and has nice views. We enjoyed the delicious dinner and breakfast as it varies everyday. One of the highlights of our stay here in bansko is the 3-day massage package in this hotel after our long day hitting the ski slopes. The masseurs are so great, good looking, and very pleasant. An ultimate relaxation package for us. We had a great time during the new years eve celebration here as well, as they arranged a special dinner and event with singers and cultural dancers. If we'll be back in bansko Bulgaria, we'll choose to stay here again.
