Exceptional hotel, perfect staff. Everything from the check in until check out was exceptional! Can't wait to come back soon! I see many comments about noise from construction, but come on its Dubai everywhere are construction sites. I'm going back for sure for another perfect W holiday! Staff was beyond amazing!

Gorgeous property, amazing good , clean extremely comfortable room with great facilities. There was a mix of really helpful friendly staff but unfortunately I found the reception staff were not as friendly or helpful on our checking in which gives a bad first impression of an amazing experience.

The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were very big the staff Louies and bushra was very cooperative, i willrecommend it for families and people alone
