Location was excellent with many restaurants and other food outlets nearby. Beach within walking distance and the buffet breakfast was excellent. I was there for 5 nights before moving next door to an apartment as the rest of my work team arrived. The staff were very helpful especially Ali from the concierge desk who actually rolled my bags and boxes across to Al Fattan towers as they didn’t have a luggage trolley. Besides that Ali was really good from the first day I arrived and made me feel welcomed and was ever ready to provide assistance whenever needed. Will definitely be back.

This was my first visit to Dubai and I took several hotels in different areas to get to know the city better. I want to say that you are the best 🤩. The room is luxurious, the breakfast is excellent, the interior of the entire hotel is mesmerizing. On my next visit, I will definitely stay only with you for the entire period. And big "+" i can to use pools of the westin and Le meridien hotels too.

My experience at this hotel was awesome. The room was clean and neat. All amenities that you would expect in a 5 star hotel were available. Gym, pool, room service… The breakfast and dinner were beyond bountiful and i couldn’t decide what to pick. The staff were welcoming and well behaved. Qumar who is is a housekeeping supervisor was very professional and I won’t forget his quality of service.

The hotel is very clean. the rooms are very clean. the housekeeping is great. reception people are very very kind helpfull. the hotel's location is in the middle of everything. you can reach the Marina for example even with the Tram. All of the staff are very kind and friendly. I love the girl serving drinks and towels nearby the adult pool. she was extremely kind and nice. The breakfast was perfect. I am always staying in Mina Seyahi or West Inn since they are very safe and good for a single women. The 8th floor Lounge is great I recommend. mrs. Simran is preparing perfect coctails in the lounge. All of the restaurants in the hotel are top quality. I recommend Baba and Italian ones. I hope that the fish restaurant will be opened soon. It is also a signature restaurant for this hotel. the hotel is green, there are trees and flowers. The sunset is great to watch and have a drink at the sand bar.

Location was fantastic. 1 minute walk to the Marina and less than 20 minute walk to JBR. Very clean with room service everyday and complimentary bottled water left in room every day. Good value for money. Great to have microwave, fridge and hob as well as washing machine. Free parking on site.

Set in Dubai, within 1.3 mi to The Dubai Mall and The Dubai Fountain, while stunning The Burj Khalifa is 1.8 mi away.
