In fact, if there were a staff competition, yours would win the gold medal !!! After having checked out, one of your friendly porters accompanied us with all our luggage from the hotel right to the counter of our airline: unbelievable... never experienced before... thank you !

The staff is very efficient and friendly and made me feel welcome. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable with good quality bedlinen. The location is very good, especially for travellers with long layovers between flights. The free shuttle service is a big bonus. The drivers were very polite and on time.
