We enjoyed the many on site activities for our granddaughter such as the water park and arcade. We were celebrating her 10th birthday and she had a very enjoyable time.

The hosts are very warm and helpful and always available to recommend places to eat or sight see- lots of personal little touches to welcome us, above and beyond the usual rental/stay !

The staff was more than helpful, I dealt with four different people during my stay and each one of them were professional, polite, friendly, etc… that is not some thing I’ve experienced in any hotel. I arrived before check-in and asked if there was a bathroom type place where I could freshen up change my clothes, etc. before meeting my family and friends for lunch. It had been a 5 1/2 hour drive. Thankfully, she was able to check me in two hours early. I wouldn’t have ever thought I would get in my room early. Then I had left a note at the front desk that night asking if there was any type of a late check out that I could get and I was willing to pay. The front desk called my room to tell me that I could absolutely have a late check out for free. I travel quite a bit all over the place and never have I been so pleased with every single aspect of my stay. From the parking, the staff, the clean super comfortable room, just everything. I look forward to staying there again.
