Well the description. It IS a brand new apartment and there IS airco and it IS literally in walking distance to the airport. If someone dropped you there you could walk there the next morning. All else is good: it is all new and nice. You have a balcony with an ashtray (unfortunately I cannot smoke anymore). There is a nice view of the town. The shower is fantastic. You have an underground parking. It IS really a very very nice place.
