So friendly, so helpful, so sociable. Loved the location which is close to so many really nice cafes and also quite close to the fun bars and restaurants without being in too tourist an area

I just liked the design, the quietness, the view and the staff. I want to open a hostel as well, and this hostel lives up to price vs quality vs design vs staff. I'm rating this hostel higher because no other competition is available. It's close to the beach, there are good local restaurants and you can rent a scooter etc. This hostel could be one of the best in Siargao. I tried different hostel around cloud 9, not impressed.

The aircon and electric fan was amazing Super clean shower room The kitchen was complete There was a coffee shop beside it with the best coffee and breakfast in Pacifico Near everything (surfing, food, and hangout places) Wifi was very stable Free jug of water inside the room, bring a tumbler! The owner also has a beachfront access for free! Notes: the whole island experiences blackouts frequently, bring a powerbank and maybe a rechargeable mini fan

Room was great, very clean, literally 2 minute walk to the beach and next door to Manu Brew which became one of our favourite places for breakfast and cocktails on the weekend. Scooter rental was easy as was communicating with the host. Sorted transfer to the airport easily as well, and they cleaned and reserved the room for us in the middle of our stay when we took a one night trip to general luna! All in all a very enjoyable stay!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always available to help. The room cleaning was spectacular and the views from the room were amazing. This is an hour from the general Luna and is more relaxing and secluded. Great place for surfing also with the beach at the door step.

Our room was very comfortable and clean, with a great bathroom and all the necessary equipment provided. Wonderful attention to detail - decorations, flowers, pillows, drinking water for brushing teeth near the sink. The well-maintained garden added a touch of natural beauty, and we appreciated the diverse seating options on our porch - from a comfortable sunbed to cozy chairs and a swing chair. A special mention goes to our host, George, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. When our flight from Siargao was unexpectedly canceled, leading to a missed connection back to Europe, George displayed exceptional kindness. Without hesitation, he offered us an extra night's accommodation for free and upgraded us to a room with a sea view, turning a challenging situation into a memorable experience. His warmth and generosity were truly heartwarming and very much appreciated. In conclusion, Bamboo Surf Beach exceeded our expectations in every way. The perfect blend of comfort, charm, and exceptional hospitality, this resort stands out as a true gem. If you're looking for an unforgettable stay, look no further - Bamboo Surf Beach is undoubtedly the best accommodation in Siargao!

Bayay ni Nanay Bed & Breakfast at Magpupungko Beach is a rural home stay located beside a very popular day-trip destination for tourists visiting Siargao Island. This provided us with unique opportunities to be around the buzz and excitement of a popular beach - but also to enjoy quiet conversation with local folks. We stayed four nights and got to tour around Siargao Island's interesting beaches, caves, villages and river swimming holes. Loved the family vibe of the homestay and enjoyed the breakfast conversations.
