The hotel's owner is a film producer and the hotel is decorated accordingly with props and designs from various films. Very charming. The breakfast was lovely, not lavish but we were happy to linger and chat with some other guests. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We spoke only in French so I can't say how good their English might be.

Great place!
A magnificent place, decorated with moroccan patterns.
Welcomed us with tea and biscuits, moroccan hospitality.
We got an upgrade in the room, as a room with bigger bed was available.
Breakfast was a lot. Loved the fresh orange juice and eggs tajine.
Gave us some tips for the road.

The property was easy to find, there was parking directly outside the front door.
We were met by the owner Ahmad, he was very welcoming, gave us delicious mint tea. While drinking our tea we were able to place an order for dinner. We were escorted to our very comfortable room.
Dinner was good, traditional fare.
On check out, Ahmad gave us very good travel advice for our next 2 destinations which saved us a lot of time and anxiety.
We unfortunately got a flat tyre while in town, which we were assisted by a very kind young man to fix. We then went back to Tin Joseph and Ahmad, phoned our car rental company, escorted us to the premises and helped us communicate with the people at the car rental and at the tyre shop. Ahmad certainly went out of his way, and certainly showed us fantastic Berber hospitality. We will always remember him for his kindness. Thank you Ahmad.

If you are interested staying next to the Ouarzazate bus station, that is the place to be.
Very spacious brand new clean appartment, good bed, large living room, large kitchen, excellent WIFI.
Anass is reactive and a kind person.

I only stayed from midday to midnight. Somewhere to escape from the heat of the city whilst waiting for an onward connection by long distance coach which left from the adjacent bus terminal.
