Everything was exactly as they said, with great attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. They even drove us to a local restaurant for breakfast. The owner was SO communicative. Originally he was going to pick me up from the airport (for a small extra fee), but might flight ended up being so delayed I didn't come in until 1am. He gave me all of the information I needed to get in myself. It was safe and easy, even in the middle of the night. Would have loved to try to walk the next morning because it is so close (even if Google Maps says it isn't!), but my timing didn't work out. Space was clean and there was a fan - thank goodness!
