The staff are so friend and helpful. The bed is very comfortable, the room was big, the breakfast had a big selection and was very tasty. The location is perfect. It’s so close to old quarter and also to the lake. The room was cleaned every day. I was heading to the airport and one of the employees (I can’t remember his name) not only price matched Grab for me with their place service but gave it to me for 10k cheaper. Highly highly recommended!

We arrived after a long day of travelling and the staff were so welcoming and helpful! Gave us a map of where to find good food and things to do nearby. They wouldn't let us carry our bags and were super helpful with absolutely everything! Also the breakfast was delicious and you can order hot food made fresh as well!
