We didn't have any expectations, yet they were exceeded. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful - they gave us great restaurant recommendation and information on what to visit. We were able to drop off our luggage before our room was ready, and also to have it stored after checkout until it was time to catch our plane back. We went to Nice in a slow season and we even got an upgrade on the room - very stylish and clean, we got a little complimentary breakfast and overall our experience is amazing.

Each studio offers an equipped kitchenette with electric hotplates, a fridge and microwave. A dining area is provided and there is a flat-screen TV. We had an amazing stay at Rachel’s. The neighborhood is super safe - the studios are in front of a central avenue at Nice (even though there’s always someone out, it’s not noisy at all at night). It was full of restaurants and local commerce. Worth to mention is almost next to the trains station, which was very convenient for a daytrip. At Nice, you can find everything you need (especially tourist-wise) at a 15 min walk tops from the studio. The place itself is clean, very resourceful (we found everything we needed at the kitchen) and well taken care of. The bathroom is modern and functional. Rachel and the guardienne were always prepared to talk to us and help if needed. We were able to leave our bags there after the checkout, before we left to the airport. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The hotel is located in front of Notre-Dame Basilica and is a 10-minute walk from Place Massena. Paid public parking is available 100 metres away, which as a guest can be enjoyed at a discounted rate. It was excellent! The people at the front desk were amazing and very helpful. The rooms were clean a comfortable and the location was perfect!
