The level of service and the helpfulness of the staff were extraordinary from start to finish. A very special thanks goes to Rikita from the Lounge. She made us feel completely at home and shared wonderful stories about the history of the hotel, as well as many interesting insights about India. Her warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The overall hospitality throughout the hotel was fantastic. We were especially grateful for the assistance we received when our flight was cancelled. The support and follow-up we got from the hotel—right up until we were safely back in Belgium—were unbelievable. This level of care is something we will never forget. Because of all the help, kindness, and professionalism shown by every member of the staff, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. Built in 1903, Maidens Hotel showcases 19th century colonial charm and architecture. It has an outdoor pool, fitness centre and features a coffee shop which extends into a charming, open courtyard. This is an amazing hotel, the staff are awesome, the place is so grand and steeped in history. The pool is a great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi. Breakfast was very tasty and well presented, the bar area is small but the place made you feel a million dollars. Highly reccomend!

Taj Mahal, New Delhi, is a luxury 5-star deluxe hotel that has recently undergone a complete renovation, preserving its timeless appeal while incorporating contemporary charm. Fabulous everything- gardens, pool, lobby, room, meeting room, restaurants. Staff were more than accommodating. Extremely friendly without being intrusive.

The best thing about this place is that it was quiet! The neighborhood is residential and well-kept, and there's no through traffic at night. After traveling in India for two months, that was really welcome. And it was just a few blocks' walk to shops and restaurants and a metro station. The host was really helpful and friendly too. Highly recommended!
