Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. the rooms are very nice with view to the lake. Very quiet hotel and perfect to disconnect and relax staff were also very friendly

We had such a lovely experience staying here. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel at home and like family. We spent time with them and other guests enjoying drinks and food together. The owners even drove us to town twice and always offered us something to drink when we came home. The location is very peaceful with a great view. Its an easy walk down into town or a 3 minute Uber ride back. The swimming pool is a bonus. Staying here was a treat and so different than just staying at a hotel. You get to know the real people of Chile. We would absolutely stay here again.
