The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect, near to Lucerne lake. The parking is right next to the hotel and there is an itailian restaurant also We enjoyed walking around the hotel's neighborhood. We highly recommend to stay here.

Hotel architecture, rooms, location couldn’t have been better. Service was great. Loved walking into freshly made beds and chocolate treats twice a day. And the restaurant was out of this world.
