Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

Situated right above Lake Brienz, the Hotel Brienzersee (Garni) offers superb views from the rooms and from the lakeside terrace, the Brienzersee hotel is only a 5-minute drive away from the centre of Interlaken. The view you have from the room is really beautiful, it's totally worth it, it's a little distant from Interlaken but the station is 2 minutes from the hotel and you arrive in less than nothing. Customer service is the best and they always keep your room clean. Super recommended

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Featuring a private entrance, the holiday home allows guests to maintain their privacy. This property is an approx. 20min walk from Interlacken centre (there is also a bus service directly to the camp) which is extremely convenient. It is also within walking distance of Lake Thunersee which has various swimming spots. The property itself is very well kept, clean and well stocked with kitchenware. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was warm/high pressured. The mattress was comfortable and there was a small dining table that was very helpful. The views of the alps from here were amazing! Decking and outdoor furniture affords to opportunity to sit outside in the warm mornings/evenings. I would highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay again in the future. Using Interlacken as a base for our trip was the best decision and this property enhanced that!
