Only a few minutes away from the Center and next to the Opera House. No concert was heard from the distance! No noice. Very clean. Spacious. Two sets of beds using the sofa bed. Nice terrace. Good TV. We loved it.

We liked everything:)! Location was great for us, because we came with bicycles and we didn’t use the car in the city at all. On that note, the underground garage on the property is excellent! The apartment was very pleasent, had everything you need on a short stay, a big plus is a nice balcony for a morning coffe:). Special joy is definetely the staff, very nice, helpfull and overall very simpatic:). We would gladly recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay with them again while in Graz:)

A rich and varied breakfast buffet is served every morning. Packed lunches are provided for guests leaving early in the morning. Various drinks are available at the bar, which is open until 22:00. 4 different restaurants are within an 8-minute walk of this bed and breakfast hotel. The apartment was very nice, the lobby, the staff, the sauna, the pool, the overall experience was amazing and I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to visit Graz, but is on a budget, 100%!
