Just a 5-minute walk both from Heiligenblut’s centre and ski area, the family-run Hotel Kaiservilla features a spa area with a Finnish sauna and a steam bath, and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. The Großglockner High Alpine Road can be accessed 50 metres from the hotel. Everything PERFECT!! We had the bday of our son (2 years), and they organized a chocolate cake, balloons, candle…. Was magic! Confortable beds, bathroom, a marvelous breakfast. So clean!!! Staff super super friendly.

The apartments also feature a kitchenette with a dining area, and they have garden views. Everything was great. Really good breakfast. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

Great location, with very nice and delicious food. Great to warm up in the sauna after an all day long hike in the changing weather. Interesting self serving system with drinks. Make sure to come for more than one night to enjoy the hikes nearby.

The spa is very nice and the breakfast was tasty with a wide range of options available. The restaurant is very good and we ate lunch and dinner there also and it was very good. We also took advantage of the free bicycle option and cycled all the way around Lake Worthersee, a very nice trip. Expensive but standard for the location. We didn't use the lake access but were given passes if we had wanted to do so.
