The staff was the nicest and most attentive I have yet experienced. They carried our luggage all the way up to the hotel because there were only steps, no ramps. They also parked our car because the parking situation is a bit difficult there. The receptionist gave us inspiration on what to do in the city and also recommended the free walking tour to us, which was great. The room was very pretty and smelled really nice the first time we entered, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast was amazing, they prepared it freshly for us and served it to the table. The fried eggs were spot on. It was also nice to sit on the terrace while having good coffee. The way to the city center was a bit of a climb but with the shortcut the staff showed us it was manageable.

Location - perfect, couple of minutes walking to the old bazar . Breakfast - done with love, fresh and contains everything the body needs . The owner edmond - a very kind and caring guy that gives his guest the best experience, its hard to describe by words, the experience itself tells everything . Breakfasts were amazing, all fresh, tasty ( local food) and served by friendly ladies.

Hotel Gjirokastër is located 300 metres from the centre, in a part of town famous for numerous museums. The hotel is surrounded by green gardens and large parks, while the building itself is made of traditional stone and wood. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are provided. The owner and family were amazingly helpful, and hospitable. They were very eager to help and ensure that all.of our needs were met at all times. Breakfast was phenomenal. Location is OPTIMAL!

Our family loved our room, the staff, decor, breakfast, location and the gorgeous pool with amazing castle and mountain views. Truly a magical stay!! Breakfast buffet was great with artisinal coffees. Staff so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries, the units at Stitch&Stone Suites have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and selected rooms will provide you with a seating area. All guest rooms will provide guests with a wardrobe and a coffee machine. We stayed as a group of eight people, had four rooms, and each one of them was different – this truly charmed us all. Every detail, such as a toilet hidden behind a closet door, pillows decorated with lace, paintings with lace displayed under glass, the view from the windows, the very large and cozy beds – everything was so thoughtful and homely, making you feel at home while being right in the heart of the town. Breakfast was served in a nearby café – plentiful and delicious – and the service was very pleasant. For those who ordered tea, each received an entire jug! Parking was nearby as well. It was an unforgettable, fantastic experience – during our 12-day stay in Albania, this was the best choice we could have made.
