The views from the room are incredible with floor to ceiling windows with a view of the harbour. The hotel is very clean and tidy and you are given re usable water bottles on check in that you can refill around the hotel with fresh cold water. There is a coffee shop in the lobby that does the best cookies too! The hotel is at the quieter end of waikiki beach but just across the road from the shopping center and magic island!

The staff were friendly and courteous. The view I had from my room was phenomenal. Hotel is at a great location near the beach and on the main road where all the activity happens. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

The location of the hotel was amazing. The accommodations were fantastic but the rooms were outdated, bed was too small (the only side bed in the rainbow tower is a full) and mattress was uncomfortable. Majority of the staff was outstanding and very helpful.

The accommodation was very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed having the kitchen and also have beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels was really useful as we were on a stopover to Seattle so weren't equipped for a beach holiday. Billy very kindly have us a lovely check in which was so great as our flight arrived early morning. It was a pleasant walk to the beach which was great.
