Fantastic location, comfortable beds, clean shared areas but most of all, amazing hosts. They helped me with planning for the days I stayed (Did a marvellous hike because they advised the specific loops I should take), and also just a blast to talk to about Japan, travelling or anything else. We have visited the facility already for the second time, and enjoyed every moment there. Fascinating service, very comfortable rooms, exceptional dinner, very friendly staff. The view of Mt. Fuji directly from the bed is amazing. Sauna and jacuzzi in the room so convenient.
