We were delighted with our Switzerland tour and our stay at the SeeHotel Bönigen. Nice room with balcony and beautiful view of Brienz lake. Exceptional restaurant provided delicious breakfast and amazing dinners on the outside terrace. But above all - very friendly, helpful and discreet staff! Just a wonderful place! 20 stars out of 10 :-)

Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

The view you have from the room is really beautiful, it's totally worth it, it's a little distant from Interlaken but the station is 2 minutes from the hotel and you arrive in less than nothing. Customer service is the best and they always keep your room clean. Super recommended

This property is an approx. 20min walk from Interlacken centre (there is also a bus service directly to the camp) which is extremely convenient. It is also within walking distance of Lake Thunersee which has various swimming spots. The property itself is very well kept, clean and well stocked with kitchenware. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was warm/high pressured. The mattress was comfortable and there was a small dining table that was very helpful. The views of the alps from here were amazing! Decking and outdoor furniture affords to opportunity to sit outside in the warm mornings/evenings. I would highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay again in the future. Using Interlacken as a base for our trip was the best decision and this property enhanced that!

Mario’s place was spacious and amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook a full meal, and there was a washing machine and drying rack for laundry. The apartment is a short 8mins walk from Interlaken West Station. The balconies overlooked the Höhematte Park, where there were paragliders during the day. As our stay was over the New Year’s period, the fireworks display was right at the park and we could enjoy the magnificent display in the comfort of our own home. Mario was very friendly and accommodating, and everything from leaving our luggages at the accommodation before check-in, to check-out, was seamless. Thank you so so much, Mario! I will definitely return to this apartment in the future!

The apartment was excellent! It had a gorgeous view of the mountains. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessities. The living room was very comfortable with a large screen TV and sound system. The apartment was located opposite the bus stop and a 3 minute walk away from a small local grocery shop. And the host was easily reachable and responsive.

This is a family hotel of local. One of the purpose of my trip is to experience local houses of wood, this is the right one! Very friendly family, with their lovely dog and animals. It was very easy to find with the instruction from the owners, it was pretty easy to locate. Just get onboard Bus 103 to Bonigen see from Interlaken Ost Bus Station. I love that my room has a balcony and have enjoyed the view during my stay! There was a breakfast with good options daily. Bed was comfortable and there was hot and cold option. The Lake Brienz is also a 2 minute walk from the hotel. It was quiet and really peaceful so i really enjoyed my stay.

I had an amazing stay at Seiler au Lac. The location is beautiful with stunning lake views. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway

A fantastic accommodation experience, just like living in your own home. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need. The host, KIM, is very kind and responds quickly and efficiently to all my questions. There is free WIFI indoors, and the location is very convenient. You can reach INTERLAKEN OST in about five minutes by taking bus 103. I really hope to stay for a few more days.
