My daughter and I stayed for three nights and during this time unrest started and curfew was enforced. The sweetest staff, Rubak, helped us so much. He made us feel welcome and safe. Rubak made tea, showed the news, told about what happened and he made sure we could telephone our guide. He even told us we could wake him up any time during the Night. It was the best service even and far exceed what I could expect. We are grateful.

-The resort is very big and looks beautiful, they have a pool and nice spots to chill. Its right at the river and we even could make a little speedboat trip but that waslittle expensive -We booked a bungalow and that was a really good decision because it felt so cute and relaxing -Breakfast was included and they had some fruits, juice, bread, rice, vegetables, egg it was pretty good -Diner and lunch was also very tasty but we always had the same

The Hotel has a 24 h service desk. That was important for me, because I was at the Ras Mela and did not know when I would return to the hotel. All staff members are very friendly and willing to help. There is a restaurant nearby that has a good selection of local breakfasts and at least one waiter who speaks English quite well.
