I forget my phone on a bus tour and the front desk staff who were working on 13 April 2025 at 8 pm helped me track down the tour company operator and retrieve my cellphone. The reception staff and the manager, Mr Henry, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel was spotless, and the location was perfect—close to everything. Highly recommend!
