To begin with, the location is lovely. Other hotels and motels are all set right by the road. The East Rock inn is set at the end of the long driveway in a much quieter, green area with a nice lawn with chairs to relax. The check-in process is super easy. I find it very relaxing not having to deal with staff. The code to your door also gives you access to a common room with some amenities. The room was modern, clean, spacious, and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the amenities that you needed like fridge, safe and kettle.

The staff was amazing--they set up the hot tub and sauna for us even while it was snowing!! What a unique experience we had, it was lovely. Also, the dog Jojo is a gentle lovebug. He was as great and friendly as the staff!

Situated within 3 km of Tanglewood and 3.1 km of Cranwell Spa & Golf Club, Brook Farm Inn features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Lenox. Beautifully arranged. A lot of details and love were put into this b&b. The breakfast was simple but absolutely delicious and homemade. We loved every minute of it. We will go back in summer
