The ski activity was an absolute highlight of our trip. With well-maintained slopes and easy access to ski rentals and instructors, it was an amazing experience for both beginners and seasoned skiers. The hotel’s location made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the snowy adventures right at our doorstep. The all-inclusive food was another standout feature. The buffet spread was vast and offered a delightful mix of Turkish and international cuisine. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and catered to a variety of tastes. One of our favorite spots in the hotel was the hot chocolate station by the fireplace. Sitting by the warm fire, sipping on rich, creamy hot chocolate while watching the snowfall was an unforgettable experience that added to the charm of our stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and supportive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. A special thanks to Serkan Bey for his exceptional hospitality—it truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the drinks were of excellent quality—definitely a highlight! The pool was warm and very relaxing, and the spa was just what we needed after a long day. Everything about our stay was amazing, and we truly appreciated the effort the hotel put into making it such a special experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway.

Providing guests with every conceivable facility needed for a memorable holiday, this hotel is located on Uludağ, a mountain in Turkey's Bursa Province. It offers ski-to-door access. We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!
