The part of the house where we stayed was simply fantastic. The layout, the authentic style mixed with modern touches and the old-time atmosphere really impressed us. It’s a quiet and peaceful location, which was very important to us. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything down to the smallest details – we hardly needed to bring anything with us. We loved preparing breakfast in the mornings while planning our daily trips, and in the evenings, after a pleasantly tiring day, having dinner and relaxing. We will definitely recommend you to all our friends and acquaintances who are looking for accommodation in this part of Slovenia. The location is also perfect, as we were able to reach everywhere we wanted to go within a maximum of one and a half hours – including Venice! We visited beautiful, charming towns, castles, caves, and of course Lipica with its wonderful stud farm. We will most likely return soon. We wish you many kind and lovely guests!

Appartment is really cozy, situated in the old part of Stanjel. It is a part of the old karst house that gas been rustically renovated and makes you feel welcome. The owners are friendly and go over the top to make sure the guests have everything they need.

Very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Appreciated the air conditioning. Also appreciated that they had a secure place for our bikes
