The boutique four-star Hotel 1231 is located in the Old Town right next to the Ruins of the Teutonic Castle, a major Torun attraction. Very welcoming. The hotel was facing the old castle and in a beautiful location close to the river and the old town walls. A large room . comfortable bed and excellent bathroom with facilities and a great view. Front of house staff always very helpful. Breakfast exceptional with a wide variety of choice and great coffee. Restaurant staff always trying to please with offers of freshly cooked dishes to complement an already extensive buffet. A great start to every day!

Occupying an impressive 19th-century mill on the bank of the River Brda, Hotel Słoneczny Młyn (Sunny Mill) is the first 4-star hotel in Bydgoszcz.It is located less than 2 kilometres from the city... Quality of Room and Restaurant excellent, BUT the staff is NOT attentive , Ordered food in the restaurant, was very hard to get a waiter to the table, THE quality of food was outstanding, the steak was made to perfection. Service was very poor, had to find staff to order.
